Bug-fix release for Minecraft 1.20.1, 1.21.1, and 26.1.
- Fixed GC spam: memory-pressure response now has a 30-second cooldown
- Fixed NPE risk: chunk storage accessor returns null safely during world transitions
- Fixed directional unload: uses storage view center instead of raw player position
- Fixed stats output: removed Minecraft formatting codes
