Brings, on top of v1.5.1: - 2b86ad2 bump to v1.5.2 - d19f77b restore new block info log in steady state - a9b4724 reduce verbose protocol related error logs - f930cad update readme with new bitcoind rpc config Drongo submodule pointer is unchanged from v1.5.1. The gradle dependency set did not change either, so pkgs/frigate/deps.json is left as-is. Also adds a README section documenting the bump procedure, since the steps (prefetch hash, drongo check, mitm-cache fetch script) weren't written down anywhere.
