The existing detailed resource update logs can only be viewed in Asphyxia's dev mode, but dev mode requires a Node.js environment, which is inconvenient for most users. So, I added the ability to directly output dev logs to the Log window, you can switch between using a toggle.
It can be more smarter but it's ok now.
btw, I also tidied up
updateResources.js.
