为 GitHub 发布事件添加自动化工作流，当创建新发布时自动构建多平台二进制文件。 工作流支持 Windows 平台的多种架构（386、amd64、arm、arm64），并自动打包为 ZIP 文件上传至发布资产。
将 `go vet` 的调用顺序移至设置 `GOOS` 和 `GOARCH` 环境变量之后，确保代码检查在正确的目标平台环境下执行，避免因平台不匹配而产生误报。
