Teach the globe from full and empty, and check memory's maximum

"Could not tune: full and empty look too alike here", again, on a dead
character. It was telling the truth and it always will on that globe -
colour tuning asks which colours count as liquid, and where drained and
full are the same hue at overlapping brightness there is no such set. No
amount of retrying invents one.

Tune colours is replaced by Teach it, which asks a question that always
has an answer: does this row look more like it did when the globe was
full, or when it was empty? Two pictures, one of each - dead being the
easiest empty to be sure of - and every row is measured against its own
two selves from then on. Rows differ from each other even where the
picture as a whole does not, because the frame, the shading and the
gargoyle sit in fixed places. It reports how many rows came out useful,
and says plainly when two pictures were too alike to learn from rather
than blaming the person holding the button.

Separately: "memory: reading HP 754/1217" beside a game reading 0/1,151.
The numbers are the authority on a maximum - they are read off the screen
and cannot be pointed at the wrong thing - so a memory maximum that
disagrees with one being read right now is a wrong address, whatever its
current value happens to look like. It loses the lock and searches again.
