v2.91.5 - the overlay stays where you lock it

Changes since v2.91.4

Make the overlay lock hold its position and survive resets

The lock only stopped the mouse. Startup placement still chose one of the
three remembered slots over the locked position, and auto-follow could move a
locked readout. Locked, it now returns to exactly where it was locked, and
nothing moves it on its own.

ResetOverlay also cleared the lock, and it is bound to a right-click on the P
button, so one stray click discarded a deliberate setting. Reset now brings
the readout into view and clears click-through, but keeps the lock.

Lock and click-through changes are logged and saved immediately, so a change
made moments before an update restart survives it and can be traced.
