This just ports over some internal code that we were using to calculate MAUs (both per hub, and unique MAUs by cluster) and publish them as github releases. This data is already publicly available via the kpis repository so we aren't making anything public that wasn't already public.
I am going to merge this to see if the publishing step works as I'd expect, and if it works i'll make a little myst dashboard out of this
