This adds a little myst preview site to the MAU data. It generates one page per cluster so we can link to it directly.
I've gone through a few rounds of cleanup, but this is still a bit prototype-y and we should figure out some kind of validation to add (maybe we can test that the MAU data hasn't changed since the last release for historical data?
I'll merge this so that I can see if the docs build
