• New app icon everywhere. Desktop window, Linux AppImage, Android launcher + adaptive icon, the Windows installer icon (Product.ico), and the macOS .icns are all regenerated from one canonical pair of sources (the gradient mark + the black mascot). No more leftover placeholder/old icons — it's the goblin, top to bottom.

(Internally this is Build 96; the name's just a Windows-95 wink.)
