This is a link to the Trello page in which we are handling the technical side of the requirements. It should be publicly visible. If you have problems seeing it, please let us know. We are using Trello because we can assign people to different tasks, add notes under the tasks to give the current status, add expected completion dates, give each task priority labels, and smoothly move each task from start to testing, to completed. It also gives us a place to create a bug list as we come across them. It also lets us to iterate over the requirements. We have added a "Too vague" tag as well for requirements that are still too ambiguous to start or that haven't been discussed enough yet. Inside each task is a place to add comments and deeper descriptions about what needs to be done with that requirement. We believe that this is the best solution to our features and requirements communication for our team.

4. Have those tour schedules checked for conflicts

5. Report those conflicts with suggestions on how to fix them

6. Generate customized reports on tour's schedules, numbers, and costs

7. Communicate with other companies to coordinate sharing resources

8. Automatically update changes in cruise line

9. Report changes instantly in your schedule to corresponding cruise lines

10. Be able to add employees shifts to the schedules based on tours

11. Individual reports for employees based on their duties
