CF Scanner v1.0.0 is now available as an Apache-2.0 open-source project.
CF Scanner is a distributed platform for measuring and ranking Cloudflare Anycast IPs from multiple regional Agents. It includes a Go Center, lightweight outbound-only Agents, PostgreSQL task leasing and persistence, a React management console, scheduled scans, source synchronization, geographic colo filtering, and Agent-scoped blacklist rechecks.
