Summary: RHDS7.1 SP4: java/jars has the mode 0777
Description: Service Pack rpm is generated based on the original 7.1 files with overriding them with the updated files.  The java/jar directory is untouched since it does not need to be updated.  Therefore, in addition to the Makefile change for HP-UX and Solaris, spec file should set the mode.
