Ok I have the generated information you sent me put where it should go do I actually have to put sensors on the extruders or will the one on the printer work and if so what would i put in sensor I # out all sensors so far in mmu hardware.cfg any more information to help would be greatly appreciated

At the bottom of the config page it has instructions on how to install the configuration. Basically in mmu_hardware.cfg you delete the existing [stepper_mmu_gear] and corresponding TMC sections and paste the generated config in its place.
Sensors are at the bottom of mmu_hardware.cfg under [mmu_sensors] and are separate from the config generator. If you already have a filament runout sensor, you can use that. Just comment out the [filament_switch_sensor] section and set the pin under extruder_switch_pin in [mmu_sensors].
