7: README: add badges for quay.io, circleci and codeclimate maintainability r=eguzki a=unleashed This adds some basic badges to the README.md in the tradition of other OSS projects. We still need to figure out how to report code coverage to add that badge. [while at it also remove a sentence that no longer applies]
