Audit Scan not respecting x-42c-skipIssues

Created a simple spec with some issues that should be skipped by the Audit Scan, but it keep being used by the audit scan, as shown in the following image:

I'll need to confirm with the dev team but I suspect this may be intentional because the safer approach to suppressing or skipping issues is to use the team-based customization feature (since it implies a review by senior team members has occurred). So the docs might need to be updated for the skipIssues extension. Will check it to confirm.

Just to confirm, the only way to skip rules is through the team-based customization feature, where a senior team member can customize the governance rules to ensure a standard quality target for OpenAPI files.
