v1.8.1: hashrate unit toggle (GH/s ↔ TH/s)

Header toggle next to the theme switch, persisted per-browser in
localStorage. Affects display on both home + device pages: live hashrate,
rolling averages, expected, total summary, scan results. Logs (CSV +
SQLite) stay in GH/s — display only.
