The program L5P does not recognize the keyboard

When you start the program, the following message appears (for versions 0.20.4 - 0.20.6):

Failed to find a valid keyboard. Ensure that you have a supported model and that the application has access to it.
In certain cases, this may be due to a driver or hardware error.
A list of possible keyboards was found, please attach it when making an issue:

For program versions 0.19.6 - 0.20.3:

I'd assume this is a per-key keyboard, which is not supported by the app. Best bet is to try OpenRGB

The program OpenRGB doesn't work either. It says: Saving Not Supported.
I wrote so that the error 0x048d:0xc997 would be fixed in the next versions of the program.
