Root Causes Found

Three issues were causing the ReadTheDocs page to stop updating:

1. No .readthedocs.yaml config file — ReadTheDocs now requires this file for all builds. Without it, builds fail or use deprecated defaults. This is likely the primary blocker.

2. docs/index.rst had an empty toctree — The index page never linked to source/modules, so even when builds succeeded, no API documentation was rendered.

3. No docs-specific requirements.txt — sphinx-rtd-theme (the theme used in conf.py) wasn't being installed during the ReadTheDocs build.

Changes Made

• .readthedocs.yaml (new): Configures ReadTheDocs v2 build with Python 3.11, points to docs/conf.py, and installs the package with all extras.
• docs/index.rst: Added source/modules to the toctree so API docs appear in the output.
• docs/requirements.txt (new): Lists sphinx and sphinx-rtd-theme so ReadTheDocs installs them before building.
