First beta release for 6.21.0. 🍀

The main reason for this release is to test two major changes on wider testing user base. Please upgrade but DON'T USE FOR CRITYCAL TASKS.

Two major changes are:
-> Upgrade of electron from 13.x.y to 17.x.y
-> Optimization of crc lookup hash function in our DB (in short: memory consumption of database should be lower)

Other fixes:
-> Fix a bug where list of channels (in filter) for view was incorrect
-> Fix a bug where account appeared as non syncable right after user made it syncable
-> Fix a bug where user could not reconnect account he was just forced logged out of
-> Fix copy&paste issue for TTFN

-> Speedup update of reaction on WEB (not DTA but still)
