What's patched in v1.3.1b?

Added exceptions for Sweden cities with populations of 3000 or greater to display on the context menu list for cities when selecting Sweden as the country value.
- This value only applies to Sweden for the time being, and will be considered for other countries if there is demand.
- However, adding more options to the selection will cause severe performance hits due to how large the data pool is. The default population count still remains at 100000 as the default value.
Fixed Inno Setup script to ensure application updates properly. (private, inaccessible for public use)
- Previous behaviour did not allow for the installer to overwrite the installation directory for the application. This has been addressed for this and future releases.
- Moving forward, all publishes are self-contained instead of being framework-dependent. While this increases the installer's size, it is to ensure that the program is framework-independent and less prone to breaking when installed on devices.
