WalletConnect: unclear error message when wallet is connected to a diff chain #3102

Bug
Wallet is connected to mainnet, Safe is Rinkeby.
WalletConnect shows a prompt to sign but it gives a confusing error message.
Solution
Show a more specific "wrong chain" error message.
