Txs with out of order nonce show the "tx will fail" warning when sign

Description

A tx that still cannot be executed because they are not of the current expected nonce still show the warning message "the tx will fail" when sign by the last owner needed

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: Rinkeby
• Env: Release 3.19.0 #3501

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to safe 2/x
2. Create any tx but do not execute it
3. Create another tx so it has the next nonce
4. Sign it with the 2nd owner needed

Expected result

The modal should just show that 1 tx is needed to be executed before this one can be executed as the only warning

Obtained result

It shows the warning "the tx will likely fail", like if it was possible to execute that tx right now.
