**Changes:**

1. Add templates for PRs and Issues.
2. Bump all dependencies to their most recent versions.
3. Add a `package-lock.json` to enable `npm audit` and to solve a `moderate vulnerability` issue.
    - The issue occured in `mpath`, which is a dependency of `json-schema-deref-sync`.
