Fixed: no more getting bounced to the menu when loading with lots of mods

If you have a big pile of Workshop mods, the game spends a while "building the terrain / working out where people can walk" when loading a save. FixMyReimport was mistaking that slow-but-normal step for a freeze and sending you back to the main menu — and on retry it did the same thing, so heavy-mod saves could feel impossible to load.

This update teaches it the difference: it now watches the real progress of that step, so a save that's genuinely still working keeps loading (it can take a few minutes with hundreds of mods — that's normal), while a true freeze still safely returns you to the menu like before.
