When merged this pull request will:

  • Disable new ACE SPO2 system.
  • Force vis panels to be consumable (can be recovered if picked up. See KNB_panel_consume).
  • Bleeding rate of casualties will now be shown (see ace_medical_gui_showBleeding).
  • Respect the Development Guidelines
