When merged this pull request will:

  • Add signal grenades to Atlas
  • Update 60mm mortar for Viking
  • Update ammo counts for mortar
  • Add M240 with sight already on gun
  • Make sure cTab inventory items available for Charlie at appropriate levels
  • Remove mortar tubes from Bravo arsenal
  • Respect the Development Guidelines
