Update all loadouts to new BTN Standards

• Update all loadouts to new BTN Standards
• Rework Staging Zone Arsenals to BTN Standards
• Rework Starter Crates to BTN Standards
• Replace Vehicle Staging Zone Tank Pylons with Pandur IFV (Stryker Dragoon) Pylons

Better to keep the saber pylons even if they are not used.
Will this also mess with the vanilla vehicles inventory?
