86Box 5.0 -R switch not working

What happened?

When I run 86Box 5.0 with switch -R %LOCALAPPDATA%\86Box\roms2 it can't find the ROM files (but 4.x worked like that)
If I copy the folder to %LOCALAPPDATA%\86Box\roms and don't use -R - then it works.

Wait, if you don't use -P or provide a configuration file, 86Box now starts the manager and doesn't pass parameters such as -R, etc. to VM's.

So as such, I'm closing this as NOTABUG (this is currently behavior by design), passing parameters through to the VM's is going to be implemented in the future.
