Describe the bug
I've noticed that when I export a program into a root Distrobox, I'm prompted to enter the (root) password twice.
I understand being asked once, but the second time feels unnecessary and kind of annoying.

To Reproduce
Create one distrobox with root=true option (distrobox.ini):
[container]
name=test
image=quay.io/toolbx/ubuntu-toolbox:24.04
root=true
init=true
additional_packages=systemd
volume=~/.local/linuxbrew:/home/linuxbrew
distrobox assemble create
Generated desktop file by 'distrobox-export --app codium'
Expected behavior
The root password should only be requested once.
