Fix frontend UX, routing, and mobile interactions

Implemented multiple frontend fixes:

• Added swipe navigation to Settings page.
• Fixed About page scrolling issue by adding 'touch-action: pan-y' to Globe container.
• Conditionally rendered 'Take Tour' button (auth only).
• Fixed routing for Chat Rooms and Posts to render content directly instead of redirecting; added explicit Not Found states.
• Removed logic that redirected to Profile on content swipe in Dashboard.
• Added backdrop to ContextMenu to ensure it closes when clicking outside on mobile.
• Fixed Chatroom mobile button layout.
