Drop o8v/.mcp.json, o8v/AGENTS.md, o8v/CLAUDE.md — these were created when running `8v init` inside the crate dir and shouldn't be committed. The root-level copies are the source of truth. Add explicit .gitignore entries so they don't reappear.
