Three things that came to mind during the previous class were: Machine Learning, Nature vs Nurture, Sexual Classification.

One thing I wanted to expand upon was my particular difficulty during the word-gender association exercise. It was a reflective moment for me in which I started to wonder why gender/sexuality is something to be associated with anything outside of its inherent natural or biological means. As a firm believer in science, I believe that there are only two sexes based on chromosomal distribution. That is not to say that I only believe there are strictly male men and female women in this world. One can be born in the wrong body and identify with the opposite gender, one has the right to identify themselves with any particular gender, on has the the right to claim a certain sexuality. It is only once it reaches the realm outside of these factors, that I believe gender and sexuality are nothing but relative to the person and any person is not to be discriminated for their opinion. If a woman wants to join a football team for example I think this should be allowed but the woman, equally as a man, risks the chances of getting injured and the question arises whether or not the game will be changed because of the idea that 'men should not hurt women' regardless of the fact that it was the woman's own choice to join the sport in the first place. I'm a true believer in equality of outcome, but inequality is the reason to strive for the better.
