Update to Electron 42.4.0 and use new electron-builder properly across CI, as well as update to core24 for Snaps.
(edit: uploads for Snap Store have been fixed with new CI workflow that lets everyone upload for separate arches :D)
Note
To anyone coming here from 2.2.1.5, this doesn't really update anything much other than dependencies.
You don't have to install it. This is the first version to be published to winget though :D
