Audio Feed rework

• Create front end on website to change sources, essentially a remote for the worker.
• Allow user to see cartridges available for the source they want
• Allow user to upload cartridges via the website (online cartridge creator)
• Show details about audio stream (bitrate, ping, local time, branding)
• Support multiple input streams (mp3, mic input, system output, youtube)

system output proof of concept implemented. Successfully captured youtube video audio and loaded in data from wikipedia. Current implementation requires configuration in windows audio setting using stereo mix, or using a 3rd party like voicemeter.

Need to find a more elegant solution
