Thanks @chrisbaume - apologies for adding all saveModifiedTree - I was having a nightmare just editing trees - I think this was a all a little overkill At some point I may refactor a bit..apologies for missing this but thaks |

This uses zipAdapter to manipulate zip fles in saveModifiedTree, to avoid
