The language selector does not work on all ABCD screens due to the various form layouts. The selector has now reverted to its original behaviour of appearing only on the homepage.
Maintaining the ABCD is too much work for the community, so the logo is now fixed.

This PR aims to standardize the footer. Some changes include:
