Changes

  1. Fix Plotly resize (Plotly.Plots.resize) when switching between panes or resizing the browser window.
  2. Set a minimum height (160px) for each plotvuer to ensure graphs remain readable.
  3. Hide resize controls by default and display them only on mouse hover over the plotver.
  4. Fix the mouse wheel scroll, unintentionally altering the zoom level when the mouse pointer is not on the graph.
