1. Crashes and failures when creating CSV fixed.
2. Rewritten to handle extracting and rebuilding GARC files internally. This should fix all of the file-write errors that have been observed. Note that existing users will need to update their paths in their .cfg file.
3. Note that loading and writing GARCs now takes a little longer, as this program now loads the entire GARC into memory. Users with very little RAM (less than 2 GB) might run into issues, as the model GARC is at least a GB, depending on your game and how many formes have been inserted.
4. Interface redone, all Pokemon selections are now done through searchable dropdown boxes.
