Comment out the parent section in the POM file.
Updated the workflow to use the correct Python script and modified the PR message and branch name.
Replace GenerateEffectivePOMFromOrigin step with PublishArtifactsToMavenCentralByBatch step and update related commands.
Updated Maven commands to include the '-B' flag for batch mode and adjusted directory navigation for building meta-bom.
Add build step for meta-model in workflow.
Updated Maven build commands to use the 'dev' profile for all modules.
Updated Maven commands to include error and debug flags.
