Starting an issue to track the process and actions for release 0.6.0

Updated version numbers of all subpackages to 0.6.0
Tested locally
CI/CD fails on Python 3.11
Installed 3.11 locally, ran tests, all passed
Notice I need to update the agent runner versions. Will update those first before looking into CI/CD test failures in case it's affecting things.

I have updated the agent runner versions.

The issue is that xarray 2026.4.0 (ten days ago today) introduced a new change which now regards a certain condition as a problem and raises an exception. This is only affecting a single test, so perhaps it's doable to put in a bugfix before the release goes out, but it will take slightly longer as a result. However, the problem isn't going to go away, so it's probably worth doing.
