This PR updates ERA5 DATM stream XML generation to match the patched CDEPS ERA5 datamode.
This removes the albedo-like
aluvp/aluvd/alnip/alnidstreams from the generateddatm.streams.xml, since CDEPS now derives the shortwave band fields internally fromssrd. Related CDEPS PR ACCESS-NRI/CDEPS#7 , issue: ACCESS-NRI/access-om3-configs#548 (comment)
