Swap-in stuck in "Ready for swap" for 24+ hours after confirmed on-chain deposit

UPDATE (July 2026):

ACINQ support resolved this issue via email.

The swap was flagged by their system and could not be imported into a Lightning channel.

They provided a refund procedure, and the funds were successfully returned on-chain.

I'm looking for help with a swap-in that appears to be permanently stuck.

Current status

• The transaction has many confirmations (currently well over 98).
• Phoenix still shows:

Waiting for swap

and

Ready for swap

• I see this fund as ready to swap
• Maximum mining fee is set to 30000 sat.
• Current estimated mining fee shown by Phoenix is around 250 sat.

Additional information

• This wallet has successfully completed many on-chain → Lightning swaps before.
• Existing Lightning channels work normally.
• Request Liquidity works normally.
• I restarted the wallet and the phone.
• I already contacted phoenix@acinq.co but haven't received any reply yet.

Debugging

I also checked the hidden Swap-in signer debugging tool.

Both fields are empty:

• Unsigned tx
• Server nonce

This makes me think the wallet never received a signing request from the backend.

Could someone please check whether this swap is stuck on the server side?

I'm happy to provide any additional logs or diagnostics if needed.
