Put the Phase 3 implementation brief in the repo so the references in DEVLOG and the src docstrings resolve, and so it travels with git pull to Colab. Bundled: - docs/phase3_brief.md: committed brief (previously gitignored under plans/) - DEVLOG.md, src/funsd_extraction.py, src/eval_funsd.py: repoint plans/phase3-funsd-relations.md -> docs/phase3_brief.md - notebooks/05_phase3_funsd_relations.ipynb: read-only Step 4a error table
