Fix: Custom chunker now works on legacy runs

This release fixes an issue where the custom chunker (via "New Run Chunker" button) would fail with "Source elements not found" for legacy runs (pre-v5.0) that only have .chunks.jsonl files.

Changes

  • Update /api/chunk endpoint to fall back to .chunks.jsonl when no .elements.jsonl exists
  • Extract elements from two legacy chunk formats:
    • Chunks with embedded orig_elements (Unstructured chunker output)
    • Direct element-style chunks (Azure DI legacy format)
