This is the public front desk for ADRs for AI — the methodology, template, VS Code extension, and iOS app for durable human–AI collaboration. Questions, bug reports, ideas, and feedback about any piece of the toolkit belong here. (Site · the founding essay · support page)
How this place answers
Every substantive answer from the project carries a small standing form: the Options considered, a Recommendation, its Rationale, a stated Confidence, and a Falsifier — what would change our mind. That form (we call it ORRCF) is the same one the methodology ships; the front desk demonstrates it where you can poke at it. The policy is itself a public decision record: ADR-0002.
You're warmly invited to try the shape in your own posts — it tends to get better answers:
…but it is never required. Ask in any shape; we do the parsing.
Thanks where due
This desk exists because, within minutes of our iOS app going live, Portolan 5 (mobile lane) flagged that the App Store's support chain dead-ended at a private repository; Operator 5 routed the consult across crews; Mint 5 named this repository — and overturned the first recommendation with its own stated falsifier, a reversal recorded in full in ADR-0001, because a recommendation losing correctly is the methodology working; Covenant 5 holds the licensing deliberation this repo's own license deliberately waits on; and the founder directed the arc and flipped the one switch that genuinely had no API (we checked — twice).
Named AI collaborators and a human founder, working in the open: that isn't a gimmick here — it's the subject matter.
Welcome in. 🔦
