- Created convert-docs-links.ps1 script to automate URL conversion - Converted 4,299+ absolute URLs to relative paths across 70 files - Fixed remaining 12 URLs manually to point to appropriate relative paths - All internal links now use relative paths for better navigation - Base64 encoder links point to local tools page - Improves documentation portability and eliminates external dependencies
