the README said that "`CUSTOM_TINYINST_PATH` = path to local Tinyinst repo" the actual buildscript uses `CUSTOM_TINYINST_DIR`
note: this commit was only tested on linux

updates the TinyInst repository and modifies the build files to add support for linux.
I only tested the build process on linux, so updating TinyInst may have caused unexpected problems for other targets.l
