TraceFence 1.0.0 Release Notes
TraceFence 1.0.0 is the first commercial Windows build of the AI agent
protection workspace.
Highlights
- Rebuilt Windows 11 command-center UI based on the verified macOS TraceFence
interaction model. - Added six focused workspaces: Command Center, Approvals, Security Workspace,
TokenScope, Operations, and Settings. - Added four color themes: Default White, Aurora Cyan, Rose Signal, and Blue
Shield. - Added system, light, and dark appearance modes with persisted settings.
- Added Windows-native tray behavior, close-to-tray protection, and
start-with-Windows support. - Added direct license activation and purchase flow support.
- Added local support diagnostics with data folder, log folder, version, and
integration repair controls. - Added Windows installer verification that blocks release unless both the
published app and silently installed app create a real main window.

- Local hook server for approval, question, and plan events.
- Named-pipe bridge smoke coverage for Windows approval responses.
- Approval-first review surface with allow, deny, answer, accept plan, and
cancel plan actions. - Command rules for blacklisted, whitelisted, and unclassified command
patterns. - Editable alert thresholds, cooldowns, and detection toggles.
- Protected-folder monitoring for high-risk local file activity.
- Severity filtering in Alert Center.
- Search and operation-type filtering in Operations.
TokenScope
- Local token, context, tool, command, file, project, model, session, and source
analytics. - Time range filtering for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and all time.
- Cached history loading so overview data is available after the first scan.

Only upload TraceFenceSetup-1.0.0.exe and release notes. Keep source code in
the local Windows product workspace.
