First public release of FinRobot Desktop — an open-source desktop research & valuation cockpit for financial analysts (macOS, Apple Silicon). Traceable DCF / LBO / comparable-company valuation synthesis, investment-committee research reports, and live market data with full source lineage.
Install: download FinRobot_0.1.0_aarch64.dmg below and drag FinRobot into Applications.
First launch: the app is not yet Apple-notarized, so macOS will report the downloaded app as "damaged". Run this once in Terminal, then open normally:
xattr -cr /Applications/FinRobot.app
Auto-updates are built in — installed apps check this repository's latest release and update themselves automatically.
Requires an Apple Silicon (M-series) Mac. Intel builds are not available.
