Nav-R1 Model Weights Was NOT Uploded on HuggingFace. #16
Description
The pytorch_model.bin in the HuggingFace release appears to contain 3D-R1 weights (keys: txt_encoder, unified_encoder, ground_head) rather than Nav-R1 weights. Could you upload the correct Nav-R1 checkpoint?
